The McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific invites you to participate in our Recruitment Season. Our Fall On-Campus Interview (OCI) program is free of charge and allows employers the opportunity to pre-screen all student applicants.
McGeorge has award-winning Moot Court and Mock Trial Competition Programs that provide students the opportunity to expand their courtroom experience and improve advocacy skills. Additionally, McGeorge students hone their writing skills in our four-semester Global Lawyering Skills program.
On-Campus Interviews (OCI) — On-Campus Interview participants receive an application packet and choose which candidates to interview. The first session of the On-Campus Interview program begins in August and the last session concludes in September. We facilitate scheduling and provide private interview rooms, parking, and an on-site hosted lunch. In the event that you are interested in recruiting but are unable to travel to campus, we offer video conferencing for virtual "face-to-face" interviewing. For employers that are not able to make it during our scheduled sessions, please contact us — we are flexible and can arrange a more convenient time for your office or firm.
Resume Collect — If you are unable to come to campus to interview our students but would like to collect student application materials in a central electronic location, consider our resume collect option. You will have online access to student documents and can schedule student interviews at your office, at your convenience.
NALP information — NALP encourages law schools and legal employers to educate all participants in the law placement and recruitment process about the spirit and the letter of these Principles and Standards. NALP urges all participants in the law student recruitment process, including members and non-members of NALP, to abide by these Principles and Standards.
