Salzburg Tuition, Fees and Policies

Here is a breakdown of the costs associated with the Summer Program in Salzburg. The cost of airfare, meals (other than the organized events and dinner), and personal expenses are not included. A budget of $40 to $50 per day is estimated to be sufficient to cover additional expenses not included with the program fee. The suggested daily budget does not include any additional travel or excursions you may take during your time in Salzburg.

Tuition
  • $1,200 ($400 per unit)
  • Payment is due on first day of class — July 1, 2019
Student Program Fee
  • Program fee is $450
  • Payment is due May 1, 2019

This fee includes course materials, opening and closing dinners, and excursions to legal institutions.

Housing Fee
  • Triple Room: $1,025/person or Double Room: $1,200/person
  • Payment due by May 1, 2019

All students must stay in the student dorms arranged through the program. Additional room amenities are listed below. Please note that breakfast is included with the housing fee.

The Housing Fee includes:

  • Daily breakfast buffet
  • bed-linen and towels (changed once a week)
  • rooms cleaned once a week
  • small refrigerator in each room
  • internet access in room with cable (Wifi in reception areas but not in the rooms)
  • washing machines
  • shared kitchen facility (in the primary residence building)
  • TV rooms

Dorms will be available for occupancy beginning Sunday, June 30, 2019. Check­out will be Saturday, July 20, 2019.
