Jocelyn Blinn is the Assistant Director of Graduate and International Programs at McGeorge School of Law. Ms. Blinn grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, and first came to McGeorge as a JD student after teaching for the previous five years in China. She began working for Graduate & International Programs as a student and discovered that it was an excellent fit for her combined background in law and international education. She especially enjoys guiding students through the admission process and working with them on student visa issues.
Ms. Blinn is a member of the California Bar. In addition to her JD from McGeorge, she holds a teaching credential and MA in Social Sciences & Comparative Education from UCLA and an AB in Asian Studies from Mount Holyoke College. She speaks Mandarin.
