Jennifer Carr graduated from UNR magna cum laude. She studied law at UNLV Boyd School of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, Jennifer received the Barbara Buckley Community Service Award. After law school, Jennifer worked briefly for Clark County Legal Services before becoming Assistant Director of the Academic Success Program at Boyd School of Law. Jennifer went on to become Director of the Academic Success Program and Assistant Professor-in-Residence at Boyd, and worked for the school for nearly 10 years. Following her time at Boyd, Jennifer went on to teach in San Diego. Jennifer then transitioned to her new role as Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at McGeorge. Jennifer has published and presented in the areas of providing effective feedback, avoiding burnout, and religious liberty.
