Tim Long is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, where is splits his time between Los Angeles and Sacramento. Tim handles complex employment law matters, both in the courtroom and the boardroom. Tim has significant experience litigating complex employment matters, having acted as lead counsel in numerous class, collective and representative actions and advised on dozens more. He has represented a variety of financial institutions and entities, high-tech companies, healthcare-related entities, airlines, retailers, transportation and logistics companies, entertainment employers, among others. Tim has argued before a number of appellate courts, including the California Supreme Court, the Washington Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit. Tim is a member of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and has been recognized by the Recorder and Daily Journal as a leading labor & employment attorney in California.

Tim graduated from McGeorge with distinction, is a member of the Order of the Coif and was inducted in the Traynor Honor Society. Tim received his AB in International Relations from Stanford University.
