Chelsea Tibbs conducts workplace investigations on a broad range of issues, including education and bilingual investigations. Chelsea is an experienced employment and education law attorney and conducts investigations for public and private employers across all sectors and industries. She has a background representing both public and private sector clients in a variety of employment and education law matters including employment contracts, employee discipline, employee leave and wage-hour compliance. Chelsea is also a certified Title IX investigator. Chelsea’s prior experience as a Peace Corps volunteer in South America provided her with the opportunity to hone her keen problem-solving skills. Her attention to detail was a necessary skill when writing proposals and managing projects and grant funding for the program. Chelsea she earned honors upon graduation at McGeorge, and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego. Chelsea is fluent in Spanish.
