Wim van Rooyen is an Administrative Law Judge with the Office of Administrative Hearings, State of California. In that capacity, he presides over formal administrative hearings, and issues written decisions in cases involving professional licensing discipline, services to individuals with developmental disabilities, state contract bid protests, and other administrative law matters. Before appointment as an ALJ, he served as a Career Law Clerk at the United States District Court, Eastern District of California for approximately eight years. He also previously practiced commercial litigation as an associate at Greenberg Traurig’s Sacramento office.
