Mr. Rahmanian received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Southwestern Law School where he served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Southwestern Law Review, and was listed on the Dean's List. During law school, Mr. Rahmanian also served as extern for the Honorable Alex Kozinski, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also served as President of the Southwestern International Law Society and Co-chair of the Community Affairs Committee of the Student Bar Association.

Mr. Rahmanian is a member of the California Bar, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, and has prior experience in civil litigation. Mr. Rahmanian received his B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems, from Cal Poly Pomona.

Mr. Rahmanian has also worked as a volunteer for the Bet Tzedek, a non-profit, public interest law firm providing free legal services for the poor, elderly and disabled residents of Los Angeles County.
