Harjot Lasher is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law, by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of workers’ compensation matters. He has represented private employers, self-insured entities, governmental agencies, school districts, insurers, and third-party administrators throughout California.

Mr. Lasher is currently in-house counsel at a national insurance company. He provides exceptional levels of efficiency and effectiveness in resolving legal disputes, developing case handling strategies, and recommending day-to-day legal advice. He handles all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, discovery, settlement, trial and appeal. He evaluates and analyzes cases and litigation strategy with a focus toward early and successful resolution. He views attorneys as problem solvers and recognizes that there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” approach when it comes to resolving issues or cases. He encourages parties to “think outside the box” to find creative and innovative solutions.

Mr. Lasher received his undergraduate degree in business administration and political science from California State University Stanislaus, and his law degree from McGeorge School of Law.
