Claudia Wrazel began her legal career as a civil litigator at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles. In 1994, she obtained her first mediator's certificate from the L.A. County Bar Association, and acted as a volunteer mediator in civil cases.
Claudia left civil practice to become a criminal prosecutor in Los Angeles, and later, Butte County. Upon moving to Sacramento, she worked as an associate counsel to the California Senate Judiciary Committee, and later as a hearing officer in special education matters. In 2005, she became re-certified as a civil and appellate mediator in Sacramento, after which she devoted herself to the practice of mediation.
In 2018, Claudia closed her practice. She now works as a volunteer small-claims court judge, as well as acting and directing in local community theater. Claudia also coaches McGeorge's award-winning negotiation team.
