This executive training will examine the theoretical, ethical, and practical skills
essential to being an effective advocate in negotiating public policy and legislation.
Participants will learn negotiation skills through an interactive presentation with
simulated real-world exercises. They will be introduced to negotiation tools and techniques
to enhance their professional success.
The McGeorge Capital Center for Law & Policy gives students the chance to learn among leaders in the law and policy arena. McGeorge is an interdisciplinary school nationally for students who desire careers as public policy advocates.
