Lawrence C. Levine wrote an op-ed, "A different Scalia legacy: The gift of same-sex marriage." that appeared in the Sunday March 20, 2016 print edition of The Sacramento Bee in the California Forum section.

Professor Levine has authored several books and articles on the subject of Torts, and is a frequent panelist, lecturer, and speaker on legal issues involving sexual orientation. He has served on numerous national boards regarding the legal rights of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community.

Professor Levine has provided expert opinion to media over the past year, including:

  • Levine discussed the US Supreme Court's ruling on same-sex marriage on Insight with Beth Ruyak on June 29, 2016.
  • Levine's op-ed, "Once unimaginable, marriage equality is now established law," appeared in The Sacramento Bee California Forum on July 4, 2015.
