McGeorge School of Law is excited to announce the publication of University of the Pacific Law Review's Volume 47, Issue 3, better known as "Greensheets." This issue covers legislation that came into effect in 2016.
The current issue contains 11 different laws that cover topics from lobbyist reforms to family leave expansion; from vaporizing tobacco to sustainable groundwater and equal pay to dorm surveillance, and more. Each article provides background on the specific area of law and in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of the new law.
Copies of the McGeorge Law Review "Greensheets" issue are available in the Student Center and Legal Studies Center. Later this year the articles will also be available on the McGeorge Capital Center for Law & Politics website about California law, politics and policy, UnderTheDomeCA.org.
