Ronak Patel, '13, accepted an offer to publish his article, "First World Problems: A Fair Use Analysis of Internet Memes," in volume 20 of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review.

According to Patel, the article examines the growing phenomena of internet memes — or at least, how the term is used in some instances. Patel was the chief articles editor for volume 44 of the McGeorge Law Review and he was a staff writer for volume 43. Patel also was a staff writer for volume 26 of the McGeorge Global Business and Development Law Journal. He graduates on May 18, 2013 with a J.D. degree.
