The McGeorge Elder and Health Law Clinic and Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences have partnered to hold a Medicare Part D outreach event on the McGeorge Campus on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m..
Student pharmacists and faculty will provide assistance evaluating Medicare Part D plans for beneficiaries and offer Medication Therapy Management. Attendees can also receive vaccinations and a variety of health screenings. Law students and attorneys from the McGeorge Elder and Health Law Clinic will be available to answer questions regarding beneficiary rights under Medicare and provide information on the Medicare Appeal process.
The event will be held at the McGeorge Student Center.
