Wazhma Mojaddidi, ’02, was pursuing a quiet law practice in northern California and working as an adjunct professor in McGeorge’s Appellate Advocacy Program a year ago.
That’s all changed. The young Afghani-American has been thrust into the national spotlight as a defense attorney for a Lodi man facing federal charges of providing material support to terrorists.
