Globalizing the Legal Curriculum

December 08, 2005

In August 2005, the Pacific McGeorge Center for Global Business & Development sponsored a workshop at Squaw Valley, California near Lake Tahoe. At this workshop, professors from 31 law schools in the United States and Canada met to discuss how to introduce international, transnational and comparative law issues into the core curriculum.

The results of this landmark conference have been included in the law school’s Global Business & Development Law Journal, and will be presented at the AALS meeting this January in Washington, D.C.
