Information Technology: Campus Technology Resources
As a pioneer in the development of technology advancing legal education, Pacific McGeorge’s “classrooms of the future” house some of the most advanced technology to train students in the techniques they’ll use in practice. Every seat is wired for a laptop and professors use computers and projection equipment to illustrate points and train students in the use of legal software.
Wireless networking has also been expanded throughout many areas of campus, including the library, the student center, portions of the Quad, and within on-campus student housing for added flexibility and convenience. Also, students make frequent use of the Information Commons, Pacific McGeorge's fully-equipped and staffed technology center.
In addition to servicing McGeorge student e-mail accounts, the IT Department also offers recommendations for student computers.
