Professor Franz joined the Pacific McGeorge faculty in 2000 after five years as a research attorney for the Alameda County and Marin County Superior Courts. From 1992 to 1996, she was a litigation associate for the San Francisco firm of Cooper, White & Cooper, specializing in general civil and federal criminal defense practice.
