Summer Session
May 12, 2008Pacific McGeorge’s annual on-campus summer semester, which is open to students at all American law schools, will begin classes on Monday, May 12.
Session 1 (May 12-June 4) three-unit courses available include Conflict of Laws, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Federal Income Tax, Transnational Litigation, and Wills & Trusts. The evening courses will run Monday through Thursday. A one-week (May 12-19), limited enrollment course in Advanced Trial Advocacy will run from Monday through Sunday.
Session 2 (June 10-24) two-unit courses offered include Community Property, Criminal Law Defenses, Professional Responsibility, and Sentencing & Post-Conviction Remedies. Two-unit courses Juvenile Law, Law of the Sea, and Mediation are available in Session 3 (July 28-August 12). There are also two distance-learning electives being offered, Advanced Legal Research (June 10-25) and Mental Disability (July 12-August 9).
