“The International Judge” Comes to Pacific McGeorge
January 28, 2008Campus community members are invited to attend and participate in a discussion focusing on the international judiciary and the men and women who decide the world’s cases. Pacific McGeorge Professor Linda Carter will moderate the discussion, featuring Dr. Dan Terris and Professor Cesare Romano, who recently published The International Judge, An Introduction to the Men and Women Who Decide the World’s Cases, based on their interviews with over 30 judges from international tribunals, including the International Criminal Court, the WTO Appellate Body, the International Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. The event will be held in the Pacific McGeorge Pub, with a reception to follow offering the opportunity to speak with the authors about their research and insights.
