LL.M. / Visiting Students

LL.M. students are considered for scholarships along with all applicants to Pacific McGeorge. Since visa students are not eligible for federal financial aid, costs not covered by scholarships (if applicable) have to be covered with the student's personal resources.

There are private loan companies which may lend monies to international students but in some cases may require a US citizen or permanent resident to cosign the loan.

The following financial aid may be available to students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. enrolled in the LL.M program

  • Federal Direct Subsidized Stafford Loans
  • Federal Direct Unsubsidized Stafford Loans
  • Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loans

Visiting students are not eligible for federal aid through Pacific McGeorge. Visiting students must contact their home institution and make arrangements for permission to take classes (using a Consortium Agreement) and arrangement for payment of fees through a consortium agreement. For further information, you may contact the Pacific McGeorge Financial Aid Office.
