Financial Aid Handbook

The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law Financial Aid Office is committed to providing students with financial aid resources to meet the educational costs of pursuing their legal career. Our goal is to ensure excellent customer service with accurate and timely delivery of financial aid funds.

FINANCIAL AID OFFICE

The Financial Aid Office has responsibility for the administration and campus processing of student Federal Direct loans, Federal Work-Study program, scholarships and fellowships. The Financial Aid staff is always available to help you with your financial aid planning.

The business hours for the Financial Aid Office are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and on Wednesday the office remains open until 6:15 p.m. During finals, the office closes at 5:30 p.m. daily. If you are unable to conduct your financial aid business during these hours, please call and make an appointment and we will arrange to stay late to accommodate your needs.

During the summer the Financial Aid Office is open Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Friday 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. On Tuesday or Wednesday, dependent upon classes offered during the summer sessions, the office remains open until 6:15 p.m. Summer hours are effective immediately following Spring Semester and end one week prior to the beginning of the Fall Semester.
