Articles Department
The Articles Department procures scholarly articles written by professors and practitioners for publication in the McGeorge Law Review. It is our goal to obtain articles on a wide variety of legal topics, including cutting-edge, theoretical works.Although articles are usually submitted directly to McGeorge Law Review by the author, sometimes we will solicit a work. After selecting an article, we then guide the draft through our in-house editing and revision process, serving as the primary point of contact for outside authors.
