Professor Meyer is a senior professor in the Department of Accountancy at California State University, Sacramento where he has taught since 1985. He has been an adjunct professor of law at Pacific McGeorge since 1990. This year he will be a member of the faculty as a visiting professor in law. In addition to his academic endeavors, Professor Meyer has practiced law as a senior counsel to a prominent Sacramento firm and as a solo practitioner specializing in business law, estate planning, and taxation. He is also the CFO and general counsel for Nile Cyber Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Kompono Technologies, Inc. Professor Meyer began his professional career as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.
