Professor Johnson is a partner in the law firm of Anderson & Johnson, which serves clients throughout Northern California in personal injury, estate planning, probate, workers’ compensation and social security disability matters. Her experience includes both trial and appellate work. Professor Johnson first taught full-time at Pacific McGeorge from 1998 to 2000 after serving as managing trial counsel for a regional workers’ compensation insurance company for six years in Arizona. Her Sacramento law firm has scored numerous appellate successes against Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board decisions, and on one occasion convinced the state Supreme Court to reverse a Court of Appeal ruling on a vocational rehabilitation matter.
