Justice Richard Goldstone of the South African Constitutional Court returns to Pacific McGeorge to present a lecture, "The Future of International Criminal Justice."

Justice Goldstone was a member of the Constitutional Court of South Africa for 10 years and is presently the William Hughes Mulligan Visiting Professor at Fordham Law School. Aa member of the Boards of Human Rights Watch and Physicians for Human Rights, he was a special UN prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yuogoslavia and Rwanda. In April 2004, he was appointed by the Secretary-General of the United Nations to the Independent International Committee, chaired by Paul Volcker, to investigate the Iraq Oil for Food program. From 1991 - 1994, Justice Goldstone served as Chairperson of the Commission of Inquiry regarding Public Violence and Intimidation in South Africa that came to be known as the Goldstone Commission.
