Appellate Advocacy Final Four Argument

This is the culmination of the Appellate Advocacy program for second year students - four students selected in competition rounds as top oral advocates in the program will present appellate arguments in the case of Petrillo v. Bald Mountain Community Church to a panel of three distinguished judges: Judge Conseulo M. Callahan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; Judge Frank C. Damrell, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California; and Justice Fred K. Morrison, of the California Court of Appeal for the Third Appellate District.
