Maclin Wraps Up Speakers Series

Professor Tracey Maclin of the Boston University School of Law is the fourth and final speaker in the 14 th Annual Pacific McGeorge Distinguished Speakers Series on Wednesday, March 13. Maclin will speak on “The Good News and the Bad News about Consent Searches in the Supreme Court” at 4 p.m. in classroom E. A prolific scholar who focuses on Fourth Amendment jurisprudence, Maclin was named by the National Law Journal as one of the nation’s “rising stars in the law.” He has served as counsel of record for the ACLU and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in a number of Supreme Court cases.
