Toward a Common Goal: Ethics Across the Professions Inaugural Workshop

The Pacific McGeorge Center for Legal Advocacy and Dispute Resolution sponsors a workshop, “Ethics Across the Professions,” on August 25, 26 at the Sierra Health Foundation in Sacramento. The event kicks off with a 6 p.m., Friday reception that features a presentation on moral leadership by Deborah Rhode of the Stanford Law School. Speakers on Saturday include: Michael Davis, Illinois Institute of Technology; Mike W. Martin, Chapman University; and William M. Sullivan, Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Learning. Breakout sessions will include discussions of hypothetical cases that raise cross-disciplinary ethical issues.
