The Capital Center for Public Law & Policy promotes effective government by providing policymakers with nonpartisan information and analysis, as invited by government officials, agencies and policymakers. Since its founding in 1995, the Capital Center has produced influential reports and studies, and has engaged in policy projects, in a wide range of areas.
