Globalizing the Law School Curriculum- Lake Tahoe, August 2004
On August 2-4, 2004 Pacific McGeorge's Institute for Global Business conducted a workshop at Lake Tahoe on the subject of Globalizing the Curriculum. At this workshop, professors from over 30 law schools around the United States discussed how to integrate Transnational, International and Comparative Law into core law school classes, including Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Corporations, Contracts, Criminal Law, Property, and Torts.
