Gavin Claims Stauffer Award
September 14, 2006Meghan Gavin won the Stauffer Charitable Trust Award in May for an article that will be published in the upcoming issue of the McGeorge Law Review (Volume 35, Issue 3). Gavin’s article, "The Domestic Partners Rights and Responsibilities Act of 2003: California Extends Significant Protections to Registered Domestic Partners and Their Families," is part of the annual Legislative Review published by the journal.
