Full Bio

Professor Warren A. Jones began his legal career in 1975 when he established a general civil law practice. He also has been a trustee in bankruptcy with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. He has represented many diverse clients including trustees in bankruptcy. He has also served the Sacramento County Superior Court as a judge pro tem, and has been active in arbitration, mediation, and settlement conference programs established by the court. Professor Jones has expertise in such diverse areas of law practice as bankruptcy law, creditor/debtor litigation, family law, general business law and litigation, and real property law.
