Summary Bio

Tom is an attorney in the Oakland office of Foley & Mansfield PLLP and has practiced law in California for more than 18 years representing corporate and individual clients in both state and federal court. As a trial attorney, Tom concentrates on the defense of product liability toxic tort cases, including the representation of manufacturers, suppliers, contractors and premises owners in asbestos litigation. Additionally, Tom regularly handles commercial, employment and personal injury matters. He has supervised litigation for clients throughout the country and currently serves as outside general counsel for a national manufacturing company. Tom has tried cases in courts throughout California and was recently admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
