Adjunct Professor Ronald B. Robie
Adjunct Professor Ronald Robie is an associate justice of the California Court of Appeal. A former judge of the Sacramento Superior Court, he is one of the state's leading experts on water law issues. He wrote many significant water laws as a consultant to the California Legislature, later serving as director of the California Department of Water Resources from 1975 to 1983.
