Professor Moylan spent several years in private law firms as a civil litigator and practicing political law.
Recent publications: Professor Moylan recently co-authored a study on capital clemency in California and provided testimony and recommendations on this subject to the California Commission on the Fair Administration of Justice, a state Senate appointed commission. She also writes and provides commentary in the areas of initiative and election law.
