Professor Yelpaala is an expert in international business law who is fluent in three languages. He was a state attorney for three years in his native Ghana. Professor Yelpaala is a consultant on various aspects of international business transactions and industrial policy to several foreign governments, and is a member of the Board of Governors of the African Law Institute (ALI), an entity started in 2001 for the harmonization of the key laws in Africa.
