Professor Davies' hands-on law experience includes a federal court clerkship and several years litigating at a major law firm in Los Angeles. Additionally, she spent three years teaching in the Pacific McGeorge Civil Practice Clinic and supervising law students providing free legal services to people in need.
Recent publications: Included in Professor Davies' recent work are law review articles on civil rights enforcement and tort reform, and a volume in the Global Issues series spearheaded by Pacific McGeorge - Global Issues in Tort Law.
