Distinguished Professor and Scholar
Professor Sprankling brings to his classroom teaching 14 years of experience practicing at one of the nation's largest property law firms, where he represented cities, counties, and other government entities in a wide range of land use and environmental law matters and served as the firm's managing partner. At Pacific McGeorge, he has served as Interim Dean and as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.

Recent publications: Professor Sprankling's book Understanding Property Law is used by law students across the nation. He recently published Global Issues in Property law with two coauthors, and is currently writing a property law casebook entitled Property: A Contemporary Approach. His most recent article on property and environmental law issues appears in the UCLA Law Review.
