Dean Fait is a nationally recognized expert on administrative procedure. He heads McGeorge's Institute for Administrative Justice, which provides training, research, and consultant services in the field of administrative law. He has trained thousands of hearing adjudicators from a variety of state and federal agencies including the Social Security Administration. For 16 years he served as Director of the California Special Education Office and currently oversees a statewide program to provide representation in over 90,000 parole revocation hearing annually. He also served as Mayor of the City of Folsom.
