Brian G. Slocum, Associate Professor

Professor Slocum spent several years in the Civil and Criminal Divisions of the Department of Justice, which he joined through its Honors Program following his clerkship on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Professor Slocum frequently advised the Department on matters of statutory drafting and interpretation and argued many appellate cases that involved issues of administrative law.
