Description:

One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. Cancer patients face a variety of legal problems related to their illness, including quality of care concerns, insurance coverage issues, and employment-related issues. This seminar is primarily designed to empower and educate attorneys, but may also benefit providers and community leaders, to be effective legal advocates for breast cancer patients, their families and those who care for them.
