If you would like to contribute to the forward-looking scholarship published within the Globe, you are in a growing group of legal scholars. Although many published articles originate in Pacific McGeorge symposia, you do not have to participate in these events in order to publish with this law journal. The Pacific McGeorge Global Business & Development Law Journal expects that scholars will submit high-quality manuscripts with complete and correct citations, even if promised publication through Symposia participation. This ensures fair treatment to those authors who provide publishable works by avoiding unnecessary publication delays. Additionally, please use footnotes instead of endnotes. All footnotes should conform to the 18th edition of The Harvard Blue Book.
