Vitiello Heads Legalizing Marijuana Conference

Pacific McGeorge hosts an important and timely conference on the subject of legalizing marijuana on Friday, April 15, 2011. This all-day (8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.) conference is open to the public with a general admission fee of $20, which includes lunch. Pacific McGeorge faculty members presenting at the event will include Michael Vitiello, one of the leading legal scholars in the country on the subject, Emily Garcia Uhrig and Gerald Caplan. Other nationally known experts will discuss the clash between state and federal laws and try to predict the next battles in the legal drug war. For more information,
