Health Care Reform Debate

Professor Leslie Jacobs, the director of the Capital Center for Public Law & Policy will discuss "The Constitutionality of Health Care Reform" with the Pacific Legal Foundation's Timothy Sandefur at 12 noon, Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at the Sutter Club in downtown Sacramento. Co-sponsors of the event include the Sacramento chapters of the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society along with various students groups from Pacific McGeorge and UC Davis.
