Author Offers Courtroom Insights

Kurt W. Melchior, one of the most honored attorneys in all of California, will speak on the importance of jury selection in civil trials at 6 p.m., Monday, April 4, 2011 in the Courtroom. A member of the California Trial Lawyers Hall of Fame, Melchior has more than 30 years experience in complex litigation. His book, Off The Record: Sidebars from a Trial Lawyer's Life, offers insights and tales from the courtroom culled from the Yale Law School graduate's illustrious career. A book signing will follow at this event, which is free and open to the public through the sponsorship of the new McGeorge Trial Advocacy Board.
