Bar Swearing-In Ceremony

Pacific McGeorge graduates who passed the July 2010 State Bar of California examination will be sworn-in as attorneys at a lecture hall ceremony at 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 1, 2010. Justice Arthur Scotland, '74, of the California Court of Appeal will preside over the event for the 10th consecutive year. He is retiring as chief justice of the Third Appellate District at the end of this year. Judge Connie Callahan,'75, of the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals will administer the federal bar oath. The ceremony is open to all family and friends of the new attorneys, and everyone is invited to take pictures. A reception will follow.
