Summer Session 2009

Pacific McGeorge’s annual on-campus summer semester, which is open to students at all American law schools, begins classes on Monday, May 18.
Session I (May 18-June 10) three-unit courses available include Administrative Law, Conflict of Laws, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Federal Income Tax, and Wills & Trusts. A one-week, all-day (May 17-22), limited enrollment course in Advanced Trial Advocacy will run Sunday through Friday.
Short Session I (May 18-May 29) courses are available for students enrolled in Pacific McGeorge’s new Inter-American Summer Program. The bulk of instruction and experiential learning will take place from early June to mid-July in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
Session 2 (June 16-July 1) two-unit courses offered include two separate sections of Community Property, Criminal Law Defenses, Mediation, and Professional Responsibility.
Session 3 (July 13-August 6) features a four-unit Evidence course.
Distance-Learning Courses offered include the two-unit Advanced Legal Research (June 9-24) and Mental Disability Law (July 11-August 8).
