Proposition 8 High Court Preview

Attorneys on both sides of the Proposition 8 legal battle will preview the upcoming California Supreme Court oral argument at 5 p.m., Tuesday, February 24 in the Pacific McGeorge courtroom. Justice Peter Siggins of the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, will moderate a forum outlining the important issues raised by this litigation. The panelists will include assistant attorney general Chris Krueger, who will be arguing the case on behalf of Attorney General Jerry Brown, and prominent local attorney David Llewellyn, a strong advocate for the Proposition 8 ballot measure approved by the electorate last November. This event is free and open to the public.
